- Detailed cleaning specification and quotation provided identifying daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
- Once quotation agreed, a pre-site visit made by our Senior Management team to agree start dates and times, discuss Health & Safety matters, any TUPE considerations and ongoing Quality audit schedule.
- Cleaning operatives interviewed and selected with appropriate references taken. Cleaning staff inducted and trained on your site with a Senior member of staff
